Good to know
High-quality bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are naturally provided in all studios. In addition, each kitchen is equipped with a modern air fryer oven, offering you even greater flexibility during your stay.
Mid-stay cleaning is available upon request. For stays of 8 nights or more, one mid-stay cleaning at €80 is mandatory and will be scheduled automatically.
We are also happy to take care of your personal laundry upon request (extra charge applies).
If you wish, a carefully stocked refrigerator with selected products can be prepared for your arrival — simply arrange it in advance with Ariane.

The prices are per person and day, plus the local tax of € 3.00 for guests aged 14 and over, which is paid on site. Children are very welcome.
Discounts for children are included in the non-binding offer.
Please note that our prices depend on the different room categories and the current occupancy rate. With this flexible model, you will benefit in particular if you book as early as possible. All prices offered are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- 0-2 years: 70 % reduction
- 3-7 years: 50 % reduction
- 8-12 years: 30 % reduction
- From 13 years: Normal price
Two people are always charged for single occupancy of a studio.
Unless otherwise stated, a minimum stay of 2 days is assumed in the low season. In the high sea-son, the minimum stay is 6 days.

Deposit
A deposit of 50% of the total price is deemed to be a booking confirmation.
Accepted means of payment on site
Cash up to € 4,999, EC card/debit card, Mastercard/Eurocard, Visa (please note: we do not accept Diners and American Express credit cards)
Final cleaning
For the final cleaning, we charge € 120,00 in addition to the indicated flat price.
On the day of arrival, the flats are ready for check-in from 15:00.
On the day of departure, check-out must take place by 10:00 am.
Pets
We love nature and we love animals. However, we ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in our flats.
Smoking
Our entire house is a non-smoking area. We ask for your understanding.
Cancellation policy
Up to 30 days before the agreed arrival date of the guest at the latest, the accommodation contract can be cancelled by the guest without payment of a cancellation fee using a unilateral written declaration. (If a refund of the deposit paid is requested, the total amount minus a processing fee of € 50 will be transferred back, otherwise, the amount can also be credited for a next booking). In the event of cancellation by the guest, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fee:
- Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge.
- For cancellations 15-30 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total price will be charged.
- For cancellations made 14 days or less before arrival, we charge 100% of the total price.
- In the event of cancellations at short notice, no show, late arrival and/or early departure, all booked days will be charged.
